Previews Brochure
The Previews brochure is the primary way Bryn Mawr Film Institute communicates its programming to members and the larger community. It is a descriptive listing of the films that will be playing at the Institute as well as the dates and times of BMFI special events. Previews is published 4 times per year with a distribution of over 25,000 per issue. A Previews Business Sponsorship listing includes:
- Your business name, address, phone, and hours of operation
- Your business logo
- A 150 character description of your business
- Your business location shown on a locator map keyed to your listing
- Your business name and website link on the BMFI website
- Your business will be added to the Business Sponsor list that appears on both BMFI screens before each feature film
- Two free passes per month for the duration of your contract
$200 per issue / $750 per year

On Screen Slide
The on screen Business Sponsorship is a custom designed slide combining photographs, logo, and text to promote your business. Your slide will appear every 8 minutes for twelve seconds on both screens in the 30 minutes before the feature begins. Your slide will be seen approximately 210 times per week, 840 times per month. Two hours of slide production time is included. Additional production time is billed at $75 per hour with first month’s billing. In addition:
- Your business name and website link will be on the BMFI website
- Your business will be added to the Business Sponsor list that appears on both BMFI screens before each feature film
- Two free passes per month for the duration of your contract
$375 per month / rate discounted for 3, 6, or 12 month contracts
$250 per month for nonprofits

On Screen Full Motion Video
A 15 second video spot can be placed within the pre-show slide presentation. The video will appear every 6 minutes and stay on the screen for fifteen seconds, on both screens, in the 30 minutes before the feature begins. Your video will be seen approximately 120 times per week, 480 times per month. We will provide contacts for video production. In addition:
- Your business name and website link will be on the BMFI website
- Your business will be added to the Business Sponsor list that appears on both BMFI screens before each feature film
$525 per month / rate discounted for 3, 6, or 12 month contracts
